Subject: Update on Sri Sathya Sai Drinking Water Supply at CBS - Meeting Summary

By the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Varu, a meeting was held at CBS around 12:00 noon today. Attendees included Depot Manager Sri Venkateswarulu Garu, Coordinator Ayodhya Ramayya,  and a Lady Employee of RTC.

Key outcomes of the meeting are as follows:

• Relocation of Announcement Chamber: Sri Ch. Venkateswarulu Garu has agreed to relocate the announcement chamber, thereby freeing up the space depicted in the provided picture for the Sri Sathya Sai Drinking Water Supply. 
• Provision of Fan: Sri Ch. Venkateswarlu Garu has consented to provide a large fan within the water camp premises.
• Banner Permission: Permission has been granted to display a large banner over the existing flex. However, Sri CH. Venkateswarulu Garu will first obtain formal clearance from the concerned party. We will proceed with placing the Sri Sathya Sai Drinking Water Supply banner only after this approval is received.
• Camp Setup: We will be setting up an altar with a photograph, and placing pots, drums, a motor, and other necessary equipment for the water supply.

భగవాన్ శ్రీ సత్య సాయి బాబా వారి దివ్య ఆశీస్సులతో, ఈరోజు మధ్యాహ్నం 12:00 గంటలకు CBSలో ఒక సమావేశం జరిగింది. ఈ సమావేశంలో డిపో మేనేజర్ శ్రీ Ch.  వెంకటేశ్వర్లు గారు, కోఆర్డినేటర్ అయోధ్య రామయ్య, నేను (మీ పేరు), మరియు RTC మహిళా ఉద్యోగి పాల్గొన్నారు.

సమావేశంలోని ముఖ్యమైన అంశాలు క్రింది విధంగా ఉన్నాయి:

• ప్రకటన ఛాంబర్ మార్పు: శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు గారు ప్రకటన ఛాంబర్‌ను వేరే ప్రదేశానికి మార్చడానికి అంగీకరించారు, తద్వారా పైన చిత్రంలో చూపిన స్థలాన్ని శ్రీ సత్య సాయి తాగునీటి సరఫరా కోసం ఖాళీ చేస్తున్నారు.
• ఫ్యాన్ ఏర్పాటు: శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు గారు నీటి శిబిర ప్రాంగణంలో పెద్ద ఫ్యాన్ ఏర్పాటు చేయడానికి అంగీకరించారు.
• బ్యానర్ అనుమతి: ప్రస్తుతం ఉన్న ఫ్లెక్స్‌పై పెద్ద బ్యానర్ ఉంచడానికి అనుమతి లభించింది. అయితే, శ్రీ వెంకటేశ్వర్లు గారు ముందుగా సంబంధిత పార్టీ నుండి అధికారిక అనుమతి తీసుకుంటారు. ఈ అనుమతి వచ్చిన తర్వాత మాత్రమే మేము శ్రీ సత్య సాయి తాగునీటి సరఫరా బ్యానర్‌ను ఉంచుతాము.
