Minutes of the dist monthly meeting held on 11th September at SRI PREMA SAI MANDIR, HIMAYATNAGAR.
Conveners from 12 samithis attended the meeting which was hosted by Himayatnagar Samithi.
*Grama seva:* Lagadaram, a village on Siddhipet highway is identified.
As per the norms of the organization, a detailed survey needs to performed.
Samithis who are enthusiastic about this seva were requested to come forward and start the survey on coming Sunday i.e.18th September. The team would be led by Brother Siddam raju.
DP garu : Grama seva would be done on low cost or No cost basis by the involvement of villagers.
*Arshita kalpa:*
Dist team Informed that inorder to overcome water shortage, our team shall contact the local water works department and continue to raise as issue of concern with the hospital authorities.
Roles and responsibilities of sevadal at Ashram were Informed and the same shall be displayed at Ashram and a copy will be posted in conveners group.
*Parthi seva sadhana:*
Convers were requested to motivate Sevadal for parthi seva sadhana for Bhagwans 97th birthday celebrations .
*Liquid love:*
Youth team Informed about the developments that are being made to restructure and bring under one umbrella all who are rendering this seva in GHMC.
DP garu: Mega blood donation camp will arrange and our dist would be no.1 and it was decided to make atleast 2000 blood donation
*Dussera celebrations:*
Brother Gopalakrishna garu on behalf of Amberpet samithi invited all the devotees for Dussera celebrations at Sivam.
Brother Dr.Anilkumar explained all details of the homam and the niyamalu to be followed for participating in Homam .
Dp garu : As this is going to be the biggest event conducted in the recent times,he requested all brothers and sisters to inform all in their samithi to come to Sivam and soak in the divine environment which is very essential for sadhana.
Further it was informed that the State level Essay writing and Elocution competition would be held soon.It would be held in two categories
a) For 8-10th class and
b) Intermediate and degree students.
All the Convenors were requested to contact the schools and colleges in their respective areas and as and when the circular is issued by SP garu we will have to take up the activity.He has also expressed hope that Hyd should strive to be first in the state,in performance.
Next monthly meeting will be hosted by *Sitaphal mandi samithi* on 3rd Sunday of October.
