With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba Varu, Koti samithi Monthly meeting held on 20-5-2023 at Koti Smithi Bhajan Center.
All the points were explained and after taking their concent only the following incharges nominated for smooth conduct of the activity.

Informed all the points regarding

4) Daily Bhajans List. prepared: and Sri Shaileswari is the incharge for the program. and 4 group leaders were also decided and they will remind before and after the program. whether they have conducted the bhajan at their house, and also one Narayana to be served with food. That will be sending the photos showing the bhajan participants to their group leader. All the consolidated list with new devotees will be sent to the convenor along with their cell nos. fortnightly once.
5) It is decided to conduct Nagara Sankeerthana monthly twice one at Hanuman Tekdi, and one at Begam Bazar, The incharges are Smt Renuka and Sri Ratirao Patil.
6) Sri Chakradhar will attend Sivam Security Duties regularly on every Saturday from 8 AM to 11 AM. He is also requested to prepare a list of Sevadal Members who are interested and like minded to do service at Sivam.
7) Smt Malleswari will the incharge for morning session duties for Ashritha Kalpa.
8) Smt Sunitha will be the incharge for evening session duties for Ashritha Kalpa. She is also requested to give the names of sevadal members interested to do seva at Ashritha Kalpa along with you.
9) Smt Malleswari and Smt Sunitha and P V Sastry will identify the sevadal members for Ashritha Kalpa.
10) Smt V Vijaya Lakshmi will be incharge for Clean and Green
for 3rd Friday and 4th Friday. She to has to take the concent in advance and prepare willing sevadal members for proper clean and green at Sivam Premises. The program should be done with proper planning.
Two sets:
Every Month 7th Smt Vijaya Lakshmi - Sunitha, Neelima, and other four new ladies to be introduced to pooja program at Sivam.
22-5-2023 onwards, on every 22nd Smt Shaileswari - Kalpana, Jyothi and other four new ladies to be introduced to pooja program at Sivam.
Both sets will give some names to the convenor also for proper conduct of the pooja at Sivam.
11) Every month 7th one set of mahila sevadal members will attend the Pooja and on 22nd of every month one set of Mahilas will be attend the pooja.
12) All gents Sevadal, Mahila Sevadal have to compulsorily attended Thursday Bhajan at Gowliguda Chamam.
The incharges are Smt Renuka, and Kalpana.
13) Regarding 23 july 2023 Sivam Duties by All the 9 Co-ordinators of Koti Samithi Group along 9 new members of Koti Samithi from 4-30 pm to 8 pm. as per guide of the then available inchage at Sivam.
14) Convenor, Balvikas Guru, will visiting all the Balvikas Children houses and spent time for 30 minutes to 1 hour atleast as per their convenience by taking time of the parents. This program will be starting from 1 June on words.
15) Convocation for 17th Skill Development program will be on 25th May, 2023.
16) 18th Batch Skill Development (Tailoring ) program will be starting from 23rd May, 2023 onwards.
17) The Summer Water will come close on 7-6-2023... As we prayed Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba varu for 45 days starting from 24-4-2023.
18) On 25th May 2023 All the Balvikas nearly 25 Balvikas students have to participate in Summer Water Camp.
19) On 2-6-2023. All Mahilas are participating in Summer Water Camp.
20) Monthly once Abhisekham is also planned at our Bhajan Centre.
21) Sagar is requested to complete the fittings of Swamy's Photo and miscellanous works at Bhajan Centre before by 4-6-2023.

మొన్న పది రోజులు శివం మాత్రం, లడ్డు భద్ర మా ఆయన చాలా దెబ్బలా డి పంపించారు, ఆ బాలవికాస్ లడ్డు విషయం కూడా అంత స్వామి చేశారు నేను ఏమీ ఆలోచించలేదు ప్రిపేర్ గా లేను, తీసుకుని వెళ్లి నాకు భజన ఇష్టమని కూర్చోబెట్ట అంత శ్రీ స్వామి చేశారు 🙏🏻
