ఈ నెల 15  వ తేదీన శివమ్ లో, రూపాయలు 1600 కట్టి, దోతీ, ఖండువా, చీర, ( దీక్ష వస్త్రములు)  తీసుకొని కంకణ ధారణ కంకణ ధారణ అనంతరం   24 తేదీన దీక్షావస్త్రములతో శివమ్ లో 7 గంటలకల్లా హాజరై చండి హోమంలో పాల్గొని స్వామి దివ్య ఆశీస్సులు  పొంద ప్రార్ధన. 

• సాయి శరన్నవరాత్రి- బతుకమ్మ సంబరాలు.- 15/10/2023. ఆదివారం.
• మొదటి రోజు ఉదయము కార్యక్రమం.
• 6.30 గం.నుండి 9.00 గం వరకు. విఘ్నేశ్వర పూజ, పుణ్యహవచనము,
• అఖండ దీపారాధన, మంటపారాధన, కలశస్థాపన, హోమము.
• వృశ్చిక లగ్న సమయంలో... ఉదయం.9.05 నిమిషాలకు కంకణధారణ
• తదుపరి 9.30 గం.లకు.మంగళహారతి ప్రసాద వితరణ. గమనిక: దంపతులు అందరూ  ఉదయం 8.౦౦ గం.లకు శివం మందిరంలో ఉండాలి.

 M Anjaneyulu: Sri. Laxminarayana, Sri Ram Das have attended the duties on 21st Oct, 2023. 

Attended for Seva Smt Vaani, M Gangaveni, Ramya, Priyanka Jain attended Seva program and prepared roties ( Chapaties), and everybody in the kitchen appreciated the services rendered by Koti Samithi Tailoring Centre Mahilas.

The nine days of Dasara Navaratri festival are divided into different celebrations and rituals. Here is a typical program followed during the festival:

Day 1: Ghatasthapana

• On the first day, people establish a clay pot, symbolizing the divine energy, in their homes or temples.
• They also sow barley seeds on the pot and water it daily until the tenth day, symbolizing growth and abundance.

Day 2-5: Worship of Goddess Durga

• These four days are dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga, the divine feminine energy.
• People offer prayers, perform rituals, and chant devotional songs to seek her blessings.

Day 6: Saraswati Puja

• On the sixth day, people worship Goddess Saraswati, the deity of knowledge and arts.
• Students, artists, and musicians pray for wisdom and seek her blessings for success in their respective fields.

Day 7: Kalaratri Puja

• Kalaratri, a fierce form of Goddess Durga, is worshipped on the seventh day.
• People offer prayers to seek her protection and strength to overcome obstacles.

Day 8: Mahagauri Puja and Durgashtami

• The eighth day is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Mahagauri, the goddess of purity and peace.
• Devotees observe fasts and perform special rituals to seek her blessings.

Day 9: Ayudha Puja and Navami

• The ninth day is known as Ayudha Puja, where people worship their tools, equipment, and vehicles.
• It is believed that Goddess Durga blesses these objects to bring success in their respective endeavors.

Day 10: Vijayadashami (Dasara)

• The tenth day, also known as Vijayadashami, marks the victory of good over evil.
• People celebrate by participating in processions, cultural events, and exchanging gifts.
• In many places, effigies of Ravana, the demon king, are burned to symbolize the victory of Lord Rama over evil.
