ప్రతి నెల మీటింగ్ శివమ్ లో జరిగే సమావేశం ఈ రోజు 21-8-2022, న తేదీన బూర్గుమహదేవ హాల్లో, ఉదయం 10 గంటల నుండి మధ్యాహ్నం 2 గంటల వరకు, నెల వారి సమీక్ష సమావేశం జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ మల్లేశ్వర గారి ఆధ్వర్యంలో 16 కన్వీనర్లు మరియు కోఆర్డినేటర్ల సమావేశం దిగ్విజయంగా జరిగినది.
ఈ సమావేశంలో భాగంగా హైదరాబాద్ జిల్లాలో, 16 సమితి కన్వీనర్లు సమీక్ష సమావేశంలో, వారి వారి సమితిలోని విషయాలు, నారాయణ సేవ, నగర సంకీర్తన,, 97 వ సంవత్సరం శ్రీ స్వామి పుట్టు పండగ సందర్భంగా ఆగస్టు 4వ తారీఖు నుంచి పుట్టినరోజు వరకు జరిగే భజన కార్యక్రమంలో గురించి, ఆశ్రిత కల్ప సేవ గురించి, బాలవికాస్ కార్యక్రమంలో వివరాలు, బాలవికాస్ కొత్త సెంటర్ల గురించి, శివంలో మహిళా పూజలు, శివంలో సేవ దళ్, సేవ గురించి, సెప్టెంబర్ నాలుగు జరగబోయే గ్రామ సేవ గురించి, , స్వామి సహస్రనామాలలో ఉన్న నామాలతో కూడిన,1008 భజన గార్లండ్, శ్రీ స్వామికి సమర్పించడం గురించి, అందరు కాన్వెంర్స్ మాట్లాడారు.
ఆగస్టు 28న విద్యావిహార్ లో ఏడు జిల్లాల ఆఫీస్ బేరర్స్ సమావేశం గురించి, ఆరోజున అందరూ ఆఫీస్ బేరర్స్ హాజరు అవ్వాలని, మాట్లాడారు.
డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ స్పిరిచువల్ కోఆర్డినేటర్, శ్రీమతి కామేశ్వరి గారు మాట్లాడుతూ, 1008, భజన మాల, రాబోయే దసరా ఉత్సవాల భాగంగా జరగబోయే చండీ హోమం గురించి, కొన్ని నియమాలు పాటిస్తూ కంకణదారణ తీసుకున్న, దంపతులు, దశమి నాడు జరిగే, చండీ హోమం లో పాల్గొవచ్చు అని,
శివంలో జరిగే ప్రతి ఏకాదశి విష్ణు సహస్రనామ పారాయణం, పౌర్ణమి నాడు నాడు లలితా సహస్ర నామపారాయణం, ప్రతి రెండో ఆదివారం జరిగే వేద పారాయణం తదితర కార్యక్రమాల గురించి మాట్లాడారు.
బాల్ వికాస్ డిస్ట్రిక్ట్ కోఆర్డినేటర్ శ్రీమతి లత గారు, బాల్ వికాస్, గ్రూప్ 2 గురువుల ట్రైనింగ్ ప్రోగ్రాం ,కార్యక్రమాల గురించి నెలకు రెండు ఆదివారం లు, గ్రూప్ 3 బాలవికాస్ విద్యార్థులు శివంలో క్లాసులు నడపబడతాయని,
శ్రీరామనవమి పర్తీ యాత్రలో భాగంగా, 15 బాలవికాస్ విద్యార్థులచే, గ్రీటింగ్ కార్డ్స్ స్వామి దివ్య పాదాల చెంత సమర్పించబడ్డాయని,
ఆశ్రిత కల్ప శ్రీమతి దుర్గ గారు సేవలో, ఉదయం 9 గంటల నుంచి 10:30 లోపల, రుద్ర పారాయణం చేసుకోవచ్చని సూచన ఇచ్చారు.
జిల్లా అధ్యక్షులు శ్రీ ఏ మల్లేశ్వర రావు గారు, మాట్లాడుతూ సమీక్ష సమావేశం స్వామి యొక్క అపాయింట్మెంట్ అని ఎవరు మిస్ కాకూడదు అని, మనకింత అవకాశం ఇచ్చిన, బాబా వారికీ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకోవాలని,ఇంత మంచి అనుభగవం గల టీం తో సేవ చేసే, భాగ్యాన్ని ప్రసాదించిన భగవాన్ శ్రీ సత్య సాయి బాబా వారికీ కృతజ్ఞతలు తెలుపుకున్నారు.
ఇక్కడ ఎంతో పాజిటివ్ ఎనర్జీ ఉన్నదని, DP GARU విజయవాడ నుంచి డైరెక్ట్ సమీక్ష సమావేశమునకు వచ్చాను అని, అని తెలియజేశారు.
వచ్చే మాసం మీటింగ్ హిమాయత్ నగర్ సమితిలో నిర్వహించ మని ప్రార్ధించారు.

With the Diving Blessings of our Beloved Bhagawan, the meeting started as per scheduled time inviting Bhagwan to guide, Gaurd and bless.
The proceedings started as per agend listed
* spiritual team spoke and informed about 97th birthday bhajans, continuing the tempo with added new members for daily bhajans that would commence from 1st Dec. Expansion of Sai family, limiting the prasadam to vibhuti and focus more on grandeur in offering ourselves thru bhajans.
* Swadhyaya parayanam, importance, self improvisation
* Likhita Nama japa follow up, collection and deposit in respective samities In turn to handing over at Sivam Office and also to collect more number of books required.
* change of festival celebration pattern
* 1008 bhajan mala.. with Bhagwan's sahasranamavali connect. Where in every devotee who ardently wish to sing to have an opportunity thru bhaja auditions. This forms part of golden jubilee celebrations of Sivam.
* Dasara celebrations .. highlighting on Chandihomam pre requisites of joining nd following the norms taking Deeksha on 26th sep . Each samithi to nominate 5 couples for the same by 31st of Aug 2022.
* MC. To share the names from samitis to brothers MLN for refinement nd training for festivals.
Also, informed about the Mahila Vibhag activity of jute bag stitching classes commencing from 1st Sept for 45 days for needy ppl.
Also,, information about upcoming festivals was brought forward
*Then Balvikas coordinator spoke about activities that are taken up without any interruptions irrespective of covid or non covid. Group2 training program for new gurus in BHEL on 28th Aug. Request was made for providing transport to gurus of their respective samitis to participate owing to distance.
*DSC spoke about Aashrita Kalpa project.. and appreciated samities, Ashram Incharges for their continuous support .
* A good detailed discussion took place on timings, transport, food, proactive sadhana during the time spent there by sevadal. Good exchange of thoughts by Samithi Convenors, Ashram.incharges too
*Also, an important Sadhana of Grama Seva Activity from 4th Sep will commence. One of the Convenor expressed their Samithi personal experience on grama seva.
*Youth Coordinator came forward nd said,, participation of youth will maximize, when we take up development activities for youth growth. Which few samitis have already started with..
*Brother DP Garu took over after that nd expressed to be ready with 10 sevadal (5+5) from each samiti for upcoming Seva Sadhana at Prashanti Nilayam.
*He also made a happy announcement that there will be Vidya Protsahaka Puraskaram this year too for the students who got the opportunity lst year. Requested all brother Convenors to be ready with list along with their marksheets.
*Also explained about sadhana Shibiram for 7 districts including Hyd on 28th of Aug at Sri Sathya Sai Vidya Vihar, where in all samiti convenors along with their complete team to be present and make max use of wonderful opportunity. As the sadhana sibiram is going to be in hyd, we also need to be ready for grabbing the opportunity of service for about 600plus devotees. Brother Rajendra will be sharing the details of service points soon.
*Himayatnagar convenor has cordially requested for the next month meeting be held at their samiti which was approved. Next month meeting will be on 18th of Sep 2022 at Prema Sai Mandir, Himayat, Hyderabad.
