Dear Sai Broithers & Sisters, Sairam

​Please add Prasanthi Nilayam Sevalu in April in the minutes sent by me.  April Services are very important all Samithi convenors should give top priority and send the names of nominated sevadal to Dist. team at the earliest.  Please be in touch with Sri S. Madhusudan Rao in this regard.  

Vinayaka Chaturthi is allotted to Youth team of Hyderabad, where as Youth are also requested to join Maha Sivarathri Akhanda Bhajan at Sivam.​

The Meeting started with Omkaram at 4.25pm on 07.01.2018 at ESS 1^st Floor meeting Hall.

1. DP garu started his talk by wishing everybody a Happy New Year and by appreciating the Team Work and Effectiveness of 92 Birthday. He said it was really inspiring for others the way the team performed during the 92 Birthday Celebrations.

2.  NEW CHANGES IN SHIVAM

a) SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES FOLLOWED BY NARAYANA SEVA ON EVERY FIRST SUNDAY

·      It started with  Ganapathi Homam on first Sunday of December, followed by Laksha Tandularchana on the first Sunday of January.

·         Requested all the District Coordinators and Spirtiual Coordinators of all Samithis to be present for these Activities.

b) SECURITY DUTIES

·         2+2 Seva Dal for Security seva will be required from each Samithi.

·         8 AM to 12 PM and 4 PM to 8 PM are the timings.

·         List must be updated much in advance

·         Copies must be sent to District Team

·         Security Orientation Program will be conducted  at Shivam

·         Sri Hariharan and Sri Krishna Kumar will train the Sevadal

·         Security Duty requires the Seva Dal to receive the devotees well, lead and guide them to Mandir.

   c) CLEANING OF SHIVAM

·         Full cleaning of Shivam, twice a month, preferably 1^st and 3^rd Sundays

·         Areas, Equipment List, Tools, etc. to be listed out.

·         Marble floor around Shivam need to be properly washed on each Sunday or Holiday

d) SHIVAM CELEBRATIONS

·         Festivals List Allotment to each Samithi

·         Every Festival Action Plan to be started immediately

·         Immediate Sankranthi Festival is being celebrated by Khariratabad Samithi on 14^th& 15^th of January.

·         Thyagaraja Aaradhana Utsavam to be celebrated in Shivam by Koti Samithi on 26th Jan 2018 

·        Shivam Birthday on 4 April

           

3.  AIP VISIT

a)      AIP would be visiting Hyderabad on 10^th& 11^th of March.

b)      There would be Elite Meeting at tentatively at Ravindra Bharathi followed by Dinner on 10^th March,

c)      Proposal to take AIP to RadhaNagarTanda visit on 11^th March

·         All District Team and Samithi coordinators must attend the visit to RadhanagarTanda.

·         By then Statistics and Numbers should be in place after survey

·         Vocational Training for Boys & Girls to be finished by end of February and Certificates to be handed over by AIP

·         Village Decorations to be done by villagers.

·         Big Place to be identified for Public Meeting

·         District Core Team must be formed to Plan & Organize the entire Program.

4. PARTHY YATRA

·         Parthy Yatra is scheduled on 17^th and 18^th of March.

·         Tickets to be booked now itself for it.

·         District Team and all Samithis office bearers to reach there by 16^th Morning itself.

5. SAMITHI REVIEW

·         Every Samithi would be visited for Review. Review teams will be formed.

·         Public Bhajans at all Samithis to be scheduled. Bhajans will be followed by speeches by eminent speakers on Bhagawan’s Avatar and his mission..

6. IDENTIFICATION OF NEW CLUSTER

            New VIP village to be identified to replace  Pamulaparthy Village.

7. RADHANAGAR TANDA CLUSTER MEET

·         Meet  is on 10^th January in Shivam at 7 PM with Dt. Core Team, SSSVIP coordinator, Mahila coordinator, BalVikas Coordinator, RadhanagarTanda coordinator

·         Village Program Review

·         No change in  Cluster Medical Activities

·         Team Mahila & BalVikas to be formed with 3 coordinators

8. BHAJAN TRAINING

Bhajan Training for good singers in samithis, on every Sunday to be started. Schedule will be prepared at the earliest.

                        9.  INFORMATION BOARDS & BAL VIKAS BOARDS

                                    Devotees data base samithi wise  is to be prepared with Mob. No. & Email.

Information Boards to be given to all the Samithis to list out their Activities and display them in their Samithis.

Balvikas Boards to be given to every Samithi to be kept at every Unit , wherever Balvikas Class is being conducted.

                          10. COD

COD practice should be done by all the Members, devotees, including District Team.

                        11.  YOUTH

·         Shiva Ratri Festival to be celebrated exclusively by Youth

·         Youth ParthiYatra in April. Every family need to send atleast one youth to the yatra

·         10 youth for Medical and 5 youth for Kitchen services to be sent by Youth wing.

స్వామి దివ్య ఆసిస్సులతో, కోటి సమితి కి 23 వ తేదీ కేటాయించినందుకు, హృత్ పూర్వక కృతజ్య్నాతలు తెలుగజేసికుంటూ, భగవంతుడు నడయాడిన మందిర ప్రాంగణములో సేవా భాగ్యమును వినియోగించుకొనే సేవాదళ్  సభ్యులకు శుభాకాంక్షలు. జై సాయి రామ్. 

Every Month 8th and 23rd ( two days ) allotted to Koti Samithi - for doing Security Duty at Shivam. 

Timings are 8 AM to 12 Noon  - and evening 4 Pm to 8 PM in both the shifts 2 + 2 Gents Sevadal are required. 

Sevadal Members are requested to report in Shivam and write the names of sevadal members in registered specified and to report Sri Hariharan garu also if he is available in Shivam... ortherwise we have to do security duty one sevadal member at 

Main  Gate and other in the Mandir.
