Soft Skills are crucial for Success 23-01-11

Inaugurating the series of free programs on ‘Empowering youth through Employability Skills’,Sri V.S.R.Moorty, Spiritual Teacher said that Soft Skills are very essential to grab a job and advised students present to concentrate on their behavioral skills, to come out with flying colors from the interviews they attend. The program was inaugurated by him on Sunday 23rd, was organized under the aegis of Sri Satya Sai Study Circle, Koti Samiti at Pulla Reddy Bhavan, Abids. He introduced the Trainer Challa S.S.J.Ram Phani to the students present and suggested to take advantage of his expertise as he is doing yeomen service by offering his services freely to the needy youth. The program started with prayer by P.V.Sastry, Convener and the program ended with vote of thanks by him and feedback from Students. These programs will be organized monthly on every first Sunday and last Sunday. Next program will be conducted on 06th February at 4.00 PM sharp. Interested students may attend without fail to learn job skills for success in the interviews.

About Challa S.S.J. Ram Phani

Challa S.S.J.Ram Phani MHRM, PGDPM&IR, Dip. in T&D, Certified Trainer and Facilitator, Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA (CAMI, USA). Specialist in Organisation Developmental modules ranging from Communication skills to Employee Loyalty programs, Corporate skills and Induction programs Having 24 years of experience in diverse industries, he is having hands on experience in general administration, HR, PR, IR and Corporate Training. He contributed articles in many national magazines on training and management. Voracious reader, passionate trainer, mentor, coach, he excels every time as a professional with his vast experience and expertise in his field. He started his career in DRDL, Ministry of Defence in 1984 and moved to Mauritius for better career prospects. He worked in Deccan Chronicle Group, Emmellen Biotech, Mumbai/Mahad, which has moulded him as a complete professional. He was with ICFAI as Senior Trainer – Soft Skills and involved in training future managers by imparting Employability Skills to help them grab a job of their choice. He worked as HR Manager with MedPlexus India Pvt Ltd., located in Hyderabad, India, a Software development Company, headquartered in US. Being a Certified Trainer and Facilitator from Carlton Advanced Management Institute, USA, (CTF, CAMI, USA), Phani believes in ‘Serving Society through Soft Skills’ who helped many unemployed struggling youth to realize their dreams of grabbing a job of their choice. ‘Share well, care well and fare well’ is his motto in dealing with people online and off line and never contented in sharing his knowledge with the passionate who are ready to update themselves at any given moment. As a core HR Professional and Corporate Trainer, he helped thousands of employees and management students to explore their latent talent which resulted in their progress in professional as well as personal life.

His programs are focused to help young managers and future managers and to help employees at all levels to enhance their professional learning experience. He believes in continuous learning and as a continuous learner by himself, ‘he walks the talk’, which is a rare quality in these days.

He is the Founder Director of aimkaam consultrainers which caters to the training and placement needs of the India Inc.

With the Divine Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sri Sri Sathya Sai Baba, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organistion Koti Samithi is organizing free Training Sessions in Employability skills to empower youth and to help them grab a job of their choice. These programmes will be held every first and last Sunday of every. The Venue is Sri Sathya Sai Study Circle, 2nd Floor G Pulla Reddy Building Abids, Hyderabad - Engeneering , Management Students, Graduates, Job Seekers and enthusiasts are requested to attend the programme to enhance their skills and abilities to become successful in interviews and building their positive attitude.
