Loving Sai Ram to all Brothers and Sisters,
By the Infinite Grace of Bhagawan, as a grand finale
to the Centenary Celebrations, the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisations, India is
planning to hold the 10th All India Sevadal Conference on 20th & 21st
November 2026 at Prasanthi Nilayam. This is an occasion for all of us to
celebrate the Glory and Grandeur of Bhagawan's Mission, recollecting His Love
and Care for Sevadal.
Swami Himself was the first trainer for Sevadal in
the year 1955, conducting a training program for selected Gents and Ladies on
how to perform Seva, how to interact with devotees, and how to integrate
Spiritual Sadhana with Seva, combining Love and Seva as the essential
expressions of Sevadal.
We intend to hold the Sevadal Conference with
representation from each and every Samithi, every District and every State. We
invite all Seniors and Veterans along with recently enrolled/trained Sevadal
members from both wings as Delegates for this Conference.
During this Conference, we will recognise the
dedication, commitment and untiring efforts of the earlier batches of Sevadal
members who weathered all storms and created Bhajan Mandalis and Samithis. The
size and magnitude of the Organisation today, from Ladakh to Kanyakumari and
from Arunachal Pradesh to Pathankot, is the result of their struggle and
efforts, in addition to Bhagawan's Vision and Grace.
This Conference will refocus on "Back to
Basics" with an assurance to Bhagawan - "Karishye Vachanam
Thava".
REGISTRATION OF DELEGATES:
Registration will be done through Sai Connect under 3
categories:
1) Sevadal enrolled prior to 1985
2) Sevadal enrolled between 1985 and 2000 AND are
active in Seva at present
3) Sevadal enrolled after 2000 AND are active in Seva
at present
We propose 3 Gents and 3 Ladies per Samithi as
Delegates. The State Presidents, at their discretion, may reallocate the above
quota to other Samithis / Districts within the overall number for the State,
based on the number of Samithis.
Kindly note that the Sevadal members who have
enrolled for Seva from 15th to 24th November are not eligible to be enrolled as
Delegates. However, they will be treated as "Delegates on Seva".
I request all District Presidents to kindly identify
from each of their district and prepare a list by September 1st, 2026. The Sevadal
who are willing to participate in the Conference should be ready to travel to
Prasanthi Nilayam and reach latest by November 19th Morning, 2026.
Please do also mention the details whether they would
need Accommodation in the Ashram if so Dormitory / Room / A C Room along with
any attendants. Depending on the planning and availability the accommodation
allocation will be done.
