Nagar Sankeerthana Report

By the Divine Grace and Blessings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba, the Nagar Sankeerthana was conducted today in an atmosphere filled with devotion, joy, and spiritual fervor. A total of eight devotees participated in the programme.
Instead of commencing at the Shirdi Sai Baba Temple as originally planned, the programme was conducted from the residence of the Convenor, Sri P. Visweswara Sastry, at Royal Plaza Apartments, Sultan Bazar. The morning was blessed with pleasant weather, cool temperatures, and a refreshing breeze, creating an ideal and serene environment for devotional activities.
The programme began with Omkaram, Suprabhatham, and Veda Chanting, followed by devotional bhajans dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the Guru, and the Divine Mother. Thereafter, the devotees proceeded in Nagar Sankeerthana through the streets of Royal Plaza Apartments, Khandaswamy Lane, Krishna Temple Lane, and Gujarati Galli, filling the surroundings with sacred vibrations through the chanting of the Divine Name.
The cool morning breeze and tranquil atmosphere added to the spiritual experience, drawing the attention of local residents and inspiring a sense of peace and devotion throughout the area.
The programme concluded with Mangala Harathi. A Balvikas student and family members offered Harathi to Bhagawan. As a special feature, all the devotees were provided with lighted lamps (Pramidas) and were given the opportunity to offer Mangala Harathi individually to Swami. This collective offering created a deeply devotional and memorable experience for everyone present.
