    భగవాన్ సత్యసాయి బాబా వారికి అనంత కోటి ప్రణామములు. 🙏. స్వామివారు మనకందించిన నవ సూత్ర ప్రవర్తనా నియమావళి లో మొదలు జపము, ధ్యానము గురించి వివరించబడింది. అందులో *జ్యోతి*ధ్యానము మానవుని ఎంతగా ప్రభావితం చేస్తుందో, స్వామి వారు తమ దివ్య ఉపన్యాసములలో మనకు బోధిస్తూ ఉంటారు.
    ఈరోజు ఆదివారము (17 .01. 2021)ఓంకారము సుప్రభాతం, భజనల తర్వాత. భక్తులందరమూ ఎవరి ఇళ్లలో వారే కూర్చొని ఎంతో నిష్టతో, ఏకాగ్రతతో జ్యోతి ధ్యానము నిర్వహించుకొన గలిగాము. *వ్యక్తిగతంగా జ్యోతి ధ్యానము* చేయగలుగు
    తున్నప్పప్పటికీ,*సామూహికంగా* ఒకటే సమయములో,చేయడంతో, ఆ జ్యోతి ఇల్లే కాకుండా కొంత బయటకు వ్యాపించినట్లుగా గోచరంఅయింది.ఎంతో ఆనందం అనిపించింది. More the number of *bulbs* or *Jyotis* more and more the Intensity n Illumination. We also perceived that our power of concentration is also increasing. Light illumines all the senses. Light is God .God is Light. with God everything is Light.. Thanking Koti samiti, organising n uniting devotees from various places, allotting time for,*Jyoti Meditation*as a part of early morning (5am-6am)group prayer with the help of Amazon medium,for the sake of universe n well being.🙏(saraswatiprasad).
